At the beginning of 2025, I founded Student Led Worship and built the go-to-market engine end-to-end - brand, positioning, website, store, pricing, funnels, content, email, and social. I led positioning, offer architecture (Basic vs. Premium), pricing, and the full e-commerce experience (store, product pages, checkout, upsells). On the growth side, I owned campaign strategy and creative across email, social, content, and partnerships; built evergreen and launch sequences; and ran a free-resource funnel (Sample Pack, Audition Pack, Starter Pack, Nashville Number System) to drive trials and list growth. I also created onboarding and implementation resources (quick-start guides, checklists, lesson rollouts) to reduce leader prep time and increase adoption. Day-to-day, I directed creative production (design, copy, motion/video), set quality standards, and established analytics and simple A/B tests to improve conversion and retention.
